At Griffin – The House of Fabric, we take pride in delivering quality fabrics and garments. If you face any issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or defective product received
- Manufacturing defect
To be eligible for a return, you must:
- Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear images or videos as proof
- Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Products damaged due to customer handling
- Used or washed items
- Minor color variations due to screen differences
- Change of mind or incorrect size selection
Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days after approval
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
